LTWD is one of the largest departments in the Dewar College of Education and Human Services, offering programs in the fields of educational leadership, instructional technology, and workforce development. 

Our degree programs include Ed.D. programs in Adult Learning and Development, Curriculum and Instruction, and Educational Leadership; Ed.S. programs in Educational Leadership and Instructional Technology; M.Ed. programs in Adult and Career Education, Educational Leadership, and Instructional Technology; and bachelor's programs in Office Administration and Technology (OAT) and Workforce Education and Development (WED). We also offer a variety of certification programs and an endorsement in online teaching and educational leadership, as well as elective courses on practical and trendy IT topics--multimedia instructional content development, data literacy and analytics, micro-credentials, digital citizenship. 

Our programs are uniquely designed by field experts and scholars to enhance your knowledge and skills as an education professional in various contexts: public schools, school libraries, higher education, industry, NGOs, military, and government.
